i4 Succeed Global has been formed to enable the profound management transformation that lie ahead of us. Approximately 50 percent of our top managers will be retired and need to be succeeded by 2020.
This presents two major challenges and opportunities. The first intriguing challenge and opportunity will be to identify, develop, and prepare a large number of professionals for the senior management positions they will face. Secondly, there will be a major challenge and opportunity to tap into, consolidate, and utilize the great pool of competence that the current senior managers possess.
The 21st century - with its speed of information, globalization, war for talent, and corporate mistrust - also demands a new set of leadership principles that properly unlock people’s full potential, energy, and creativity, and connect whole organizations and communities to a higher purpose.
Our aim is to enable this transition and to develop and equip the leaders of today and tomorrow with the right tools to succeed
and steer leading organizations
towards outstanding results.
One of the key vehicles to make this happen is the Succeed Global Leadership Council (SGLC), where today’s and tomorrow’s leaders come together to share knowledge and experiences, debate and create the ‘toolkit’ of leadership essentials for the 21st century.
